Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be lost when a cancellation is made without notice. No call no shows will result in the loss of your deposit, and 20% of your service fee. Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
