Cancellation Policy

Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be lost when a cancellation is made without notice. No call no shows will result in the loss of your deposit, which is 50% of your service fee. Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If there is an emergency or genuine conflict, please contact me as soon as possible for further arrangements.
